Product Scope
WONDOT Production Console runs as a local-first internal production console for authorized WONDOT operator use. It supports production planning, verified OAuth channel binding, private-first upload execution, upload ledger review, duplicate protection, and post-upload processing and reconciliation checks.

Upload Controls
- OAuth-authorized access is limited to verified WONDOT-owned YouTube channels.
- Upload execution is human-controlled and requires an explicit approval step.
- Uploads are private-first under the active Publication Hold model.
- Publication, scheduling, privacy changes, deletion, and release actions require separate Human approval.
- Duplicate and idempotency checks protect against repeated upload execution.
- Processing and reconciliation validation checks the resulting YouTube video state.
